...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM CDT FOR SOUTH
CENTRAL OKLAHOMA AND NORTHERN CLEVELAND COUNTIES...

...THIS IS A TORNADO EMERGENCY FOR FAR SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA CITY...

AT 329 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS AND STORM
SPOTTERS WERE TRACKING A LARGE AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TORNADO
LOCATED NEAR STANLEY DRAPER LAKE...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.


IN ADDITION TO A TORNADO...LARGE DESTRUCTIVE HAIL UP TO TENNIS BALL
SIZE IS EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.


LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
STANLEY DRAPER LAKE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND LIFE THREATENING SITUATION. IF YOU

Weathert channel has KFOR helicopter shots. It really does look like Tuscaloosa. Hope those schools had alsready sent students home for the day instead of holding the kids there.

OKC news helicopter pilot sounds like he is almost in tears. Says he is looking at two schools that are "trashed...just gone." Unthinkable day unfolding.

This may be Joplin on steroids.

Plaza Towers Elem. School. Heard from family, said kids are trapped and they are trying to figure out how to get through the debris to get them out.

I watched this on Fox News, they left the helicopter footage up from start to end. Just incredible. I saw a lot of EF-3 damage, quite a bit of EF-4 damage and maybe some EF-5. Definitely at least upper EF-4.

Likely lifted as it approached. Cycling now and about to touch down again near Choctaw Road.
