AT 344 AM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT FLASH
FLOODING WAS OCCURRING IN THE WARNED AREA. THE WATER WAS AT LEAST
FIVE INCHES DEEP...AND FLOWING OVER HIGHWAY 163 NEAR PELLA. RAINFALL
ESTIMATES FOR THE WARNED AREA ARE AS MUCH AS 4 TO 6 INCHES IN
LOCALIZED PLACES.
FLASH FLOODING IS MOST LIKELY IN TOWNS AND CITIES...BUT IS ALSO
POSSIBLE IN RURAL AREAS. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH
FLOODING INCLUDE...CARLISLE...COLFAX...KNOXVILLE...MONROE...
