I'm reading at 100F on my thermo, but nearby METARs are reading 93 with HI at 102.

And if anyone wants to feel cooler, check out KEMV, the station in Emporia, VA. Currently reads 93F with a HI to 125F. I think they might be reading a touch too humid, but there are other nearby stations with HI's of 110 and 119, so either way, SE VA is getting fried.

My thermometer is reading 98 right now. The METAR is showing 90 with a HI of 116 (85 dewpoint - which is insane for up here)

It's been holding at that, but knowing the number of lakes in the error, I can honestly believe it...that is like unprecedented for up here...

Temp now up to 91, dewpoint now 86, heat index 120...this station is about 3 miles from me...these are the same numbers reported yesterday in Illinois and Indiana...

Truly remarkable.
