EXTENSIVE AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS EVENING. REDUCED
VISIBILITIES CAN BE EXPECTED BELOW 200 METRES AND TEMPORARILY
VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED TO ZERO. THE FOG WILL DISSIPATE EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING WITH THE SUNRISE HOWEVER A FEW AREAS MAY PERSIST
INTO THE LATER MORNING.
MOTORISTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO TAKE EXTRA CAUTION AS DRIVING CONDITIONS
COULD BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO LOW VISIBILITY.

There are more for the central part of Ontario but I got this from a tweet and then went on EC's website to find it but instead found the "Special Weather Statements" section that is in the same format as the warnings. When I checked Ontario I found something I never even knew existed (at treasure trove of statements from EC like from the NWS!). Here are some from today:

temperature records being set for Monday 19-mar-2012. In some
Cases, the new record high shattered the previous record by more

year are near the freezing mark across much of Northern Ontario.

This is a spectacular list as you can see. Notice the vast number of records are breaking just 2 year old records but by a lot. I don't know if that page is just for the last 24 hours of SWS's or not. tropicana, do you know about these and get some of your info from it? I'm seeing a bunch that don't appear on your list that are straight from EC. If you didn't know about this then wow what a find!

I added more tweets on Page 3 and some of them are older ones that are posted at the top of each "category". One that stuck out was the quote from EC's senior climatologist David Philips about how winter was truly cancelled this time (I find that to be very strong wording from someone like him but I 100% agree). I actually find it pretty hilarious as well and can just imagine the thoughts going through his head. It would be awesome to have a conversation with him on it.
