* AT 431 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL MOVE OVER THE
OVER THE WARNED AREA. THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING
RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO ONE AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOURS
TIME. ALSO FLASH FLOODING HAS OCCURRED WITH THESE STORMS.
