NWS oops?

I was just looking at the forecast for my hometown and found this. Frost at 76 degrees? I dont think so!

The morning low is supposed to be 33F though, so during the morning hours of Thursday (well before the temperature of 76 is ever reached) there should be some patchy frost around. It should all melt once the temperature warms above 40 or so.
