That sounds like 4/27/11 in that in the earlier convection didn't hinder the more powerful super cells later in the day.

The high risk / 30% tornado probability area has been expanded eastward.
It now includes the entire OKC metropolitan area (Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, Edmond, Midwest City, ...)

I don't remember the definition exactly. A 45 % chance to see a Tornado in a distance of 25 miles from any point ?
