California Heat Wave

Looks like we will be heading towards 105 to 115 here in the Northern California Valley for several days. . I don't understand people that like it over 100 degrees. I mean all that means to me is stray animals dying, heat stroke, wild fires burning up homes and killing wildlife and having it so hot you can't even go outside. Why this is appealing to some people I'll never know. All it is to me is disgusting and gross.
