Towering Cu Photo

#1 Postby markh » Wed Oct 15, 2003 9:41 am

Taken near Pierce City, MS in May. A few days earlier an F4 had devasted this town. This was taken as we were driving away from the town at the end of the day. We noticed the towering Cu as the sun was setting. It looked pretty explosive and was very photogenic. What adds to the photo is the snaking highway. Boy I wish we had roads like that in the UK  , A stormchasers dream. :D

Hope you enjoy.

Mark, another great photo! Our buddy,
wx247, was a victim of that Pierce City
tornado! The month of May was quite busy
for a lot of us, in these parts!

Thanks for the lovely photo!
