nasty weather

#1 Postby timNms » Thu Feb 05, 2004 10:45 am

Not a good day to be out and about in south Mississippi. Tornado watch until noon. Tornado warnings have been issued for counties to our north. Looks like the nastiest is yet to get to my area.

Thanks. Hopefully, things won't get too bad here. NWS issued another tornado warning for the county just to our north. That's the 2nd or 3rd for them this morning.
It's windy, humid, and dark outside. http://www.intellicast.com/Local/USLoca ... odnav=none depending on when you look at the link, you can see the TVS signature in Simpson County (the latest tornado warning). My county (Covington) is bootshaped. It's located under the "i" in PIB.
