Should the SPC consider reissuing the Central Florida tornado watch after it's 4pm expiration?

As I mentioned in the "SEVERE WX update 2-24-04 thread" the portion (southeastern portion) of the Tornado Watch in effect for central Florida may not be in effect in the next 1 1/2 hours.

Sure, a Severe Thunderstorm or Tornado Watch should be considered with the latest indication of the atmosphere becoming prime for severe weather development across central Florida late tonight into tomorrow (Wednesday) morning and possibly during the day on Wednesday.

On and off showers and storms are expected into Thursday, even a bit beyond the morning hours.
