Just looks like rain.
Very strong low level shear profiles combined with a diffluent flow aloft which made me fear for some possible thunderstomr development, but models depicted a thermal trough over the vicinity with a very weak southern stream and thus with the split flow winds aloft are very weak. Moderate-strong UVV will bring the rainfall but not sustain updrafts with lack of vertical shear so any cells that due form(big IF they form) they will be short lived as rain falls into the updraft and destroying it.
