As much as 13.20" fell in a 24 hour period in Burlington County, NJ, causing some of the worst flooding ever on record around here. And, now there are more rain and thunderstorms coming to affect the same areas of E PA, NJ, DE, and NE MD- another 2-4" of rain is possible, which will definintley hamper current clean-up efforts.
And if that's not bad enough, severe weather is also a possibility. Can it get any worse?
