Flooding in NYC's Suburbs

#1 Postby donsutherland1 » Thu Sep 09, 2004 12:41 pm

Yesterday saw torrential rains of up to 6" bring flooding to New York City's suburbs. These rains were not connected to Frances' remnants but an upper level disturbance that tapped abundant Atlantic moisture and perhaps a little of Frances' moisture.
