2-6" of snow yesterday morning, now it's in the 60's with a damaging squall line.

744 PM CST WED JAN 12 2005

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHICAGO HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
DUPAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST ILLINOIS
NORTHERN GRUNDY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST ILLINOIS
SOUTHEASTERN KANE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST ILLINOIS
KENDALL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST ILLINOIS
NORTHWESTERN WILL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 830 PM CST

* AT 738 PM CST...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS 60 TO 70 MPH...WHICH CAN KNOCK
DOWN LIMBS AND POWER LINES...DAMAGE WEAK STRUCTURES...AND PUSH
TRUCKS OFF THE HIGHWAY. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM ST. CHARLES TO 12 MILES WEST OF MORRIS...AND MOVING
EAST AT 35 MPH.

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
HANOVER PARK BY 750 PM CST
MEDINAH BY 755 PM CST
ADDISON BY 800 PM CST
