is that a tornado watch for california?

Is that a tornado watch in SC CA??? i dont know for sure but the NWS has it posted, and i cant believe my eyes, i dont think ive ever seen one down there ive SVR but rarely if ever see a TOR

In fact, San Diego NWS has issued a tornado warning for much of Orange County and parts of San Diego County.

Yes...it is, and we had 4 touch down the other day and 2 in N. Cali this weekend and may see more as the day goes on....very strong cell going overhead as I type .
