Right now it looks like 850mb temps will drop to about -4 to -5C, with some very strong WSW winds aloft. This should pile up the snow pretty nicely in The Cascades on Monday.
The upper level flow trajectory on Monday will be favorable for the heavy showers and thundershowers to be south of Seattle! That's right folks...the convergence zone area will get snubbed this time. This flow pattern will favor very cool temps, and a downright nasty day for the areas south and east of Seattle.
