um ... yeah ... I was going to write that but wasn't sure if somebody in this big ol' state has had much rain lately. I know Del Rio had a bunch one day last week ... but the rest of us ... it's been slim pickins. :roll:

It has not rained one drop at my house since early September, and then it was only 1/4". :cry: :cry:

About 2 weeks ago, I was awakened to the sound of pouring rain. It lasted about 10 mins. And I think there was a few drops early this morning.

The part of Tarrant County where I live is very dry. I see people watering every day, but every lawn is still brown.

Some hope on the horizon ... potential overruning situation setting up late this week, at least for south Texas. We could be getting some rain starting Thursday and beyond. Chances for north Texas though don't look so good right now... :roll:
