RIDGE Radar

The National Weather Service has switched the ordinary radars they had on their website for 5 years to the new RIDGE (Radar Integrated Display with Geospatial Elements) radars.

Click here and find the area closest to you on the US Map.

It is okay. I, for one, hate change unless it really is worth it. I hardly see the advantage.

I like the old ones...I can save them onto my computer for one...simplicity also.

They look good, now if I can just get the Met Office to install some doppler radars over here........ :lol:
