Its shaping up to be the year of contrasting severe weather across the US.Drought in Okalhoma and Texas, floods in California,tornado outbreaks early in the southeast :eek:
The 10 day extended outlook for North Texas shows not a drop of rain.This is getting very scary.I see water rationing ahead,andranchers having to sell off their cattle :eek:
