A Stat That Doesn't Bode Well For Texas This Year

Richard Hagan,who was the chief meteorologist for NWS in Cameron County back in the late '90s quote: History shows that 80% of the time,if the first quarter of a year is dry,so will the rest of the year. :eek:

Well, we shall see how the first quarter shapes up. Hopefully, it will provided some much needed relief for Texas. Unfortunately, in the near term, that doesn't seem to be the case.

No rain anytime soon, but we still have the rest of Jan, Feb, and March to see if things change.
