Ridge fading

Am I seeing this right in that the ridge in the West will move into the Eastern US and a trough will develop in the West? Ridge building

And a weakness off the lower Texas Coast at 5 and 700.

I'll love the warmer weather, though it really hasn't been that cool in my neck of the woods. I just hope it's not going to be a prolonged dry spell.
