Tornado Alley Question

#1 Postby conestogo_flood » Sun Jun 18, 2006 12:54 pm

Okay, so I was thinking about how tornado alley works out with the air and whatnot... Well, lately there has been a lot of tornadic activity east of tornado alley... so, could tornado alley be shifting locations? Or, is a tornado alley possible in the areas outlined on this map?

it depends on the time of year...the area outlined in red u have is the true tornado alley where many of the strongest tornadoes are, especially in the spring...as the year continues a tornado season may happen farther to the east, according to a book i read a while back
