Who to contact???

My local nws page has had quite a bit of down time lately. This has been going on for the past couple of weeks. It seems the "Not a Current Observation" notice is always up. Who should I contact for the reason behind this? Here's a link to the staff, http://www.srh.noaa.gov/lch/about/lchstaff.php

Well, one of the techs would probably be able to do it, whether they are supposed to or not is another question. You could try emailing one of them, or when in doubt, go to the top - the MIC - he should know who to contact.
