Experiencing Problems with NWS Page

This afternoon, I've been experiencing problems with the local NWS Page. It was taking 2 minutes before it flashes the ignorant "Page Cannot Be Displayed".

Anyone else getting the same problem?

Yep, same thing. I can get it to load intermittently.
