They used 10 indices and ran some models out to 2099.. of course we know how reliable those are..lol

This is more chaotic out put from chaotic input. The global drought is a factor of the orbit of Jupiter, which factors into two aspects of global warming. First as Jupiter approaches aphelion Sun spot activity increases and radiant heat from the Sun decreases. Second as Jupiter approaches aphelion rainfall increases because of the net effect of increased graviton bombardment.

The Jupiter effect on the sun is greatest after aphelion because as Jupiter pulls away from the Sun it tugs more at the Sun.

Rainfall relative to the position of Jupiter is very prevalent in the tropics and most obvious when Jupiter and the Full Moon align beginning in July 2008 running until sometime in 2014.

The global drought will subside until about 2015 and could be worse than now because the multi century Solar Cycle is peaking now.

Many problems occur because of the lack of understand of relative gravitation, and at this time there are no real time relative gravitation base lines in Florida or Texas, so don‘t expect the models to be getting better any time soon, because the lunar epoch is 19 years, and that is how long it will take to get one set of data after they are put in place.
