It's that time of the month again and we must select a storm or weather event as "Storm of the Month."

Remember that there is no limit on the number of storms / weather events you may want to nominate.

The nomination will be open for 48 hours.

Typhoon Nuri, Tropical Storm Kammuri, Hautmont tornado, Central Europe tornado outbreak

BTW, Gustav should count as it did significant impact in August. However, it should be ineligible for the September nomination.

Fay.

Gustav was a garden-variety hurricane and the only thing really significant was its track: that it prompted the evacuation of New Orleans.

Fay, I believe, made history due to the number of landfalls.

I think alien Fay should make the cut betweeen the number of landfalls and her insane fear of water. not to mention actually showing her beautiful alien face. with out a doubt the above combination should put her at the top of the list. :ggreen:
