This is unreal. I've been watching CNN this evening and the numbers are rising by the hour.

Most likely the toll from the tsunami itself could reach 200-300+ once they reach some of the remote islands and get a better estimate. Then add in diseas etc. and you can double the amount of deaths. Some agencies are saying toll could near 1 million which is just unreal. Insane to think in this new era of powerful technology etc. that things like this can still happen.

Remember some of those places don't have the technology that we and some other nations have.
