In the Boston Review.


He gets into some policy/politics stuff at the end, but the bulk of the article is a very clear presentation of how climate research works.

I read that a while ago very good article. Did any one get to see his presentation at the AMS conference on tropical cyclones and ocean heat transport, good stuff.
