Printable disaster prep checklists

Some time ago, someone posted an Excel spreadsheet with their supply list. I've tried to find it again at the suggestion of a member, but I haven't had any luck yet.

Anyone know where it is or have a copy of it? The best thing about an Excel list is that everyone can save it to their "My Documents" and then customize it with their preferences.

In the meantime, here are a few to choose from. I suggest having TWO -- one for pre-season preparations and one IF you have to evacuate, so you can check off as everything is packed in the car, since not everyone's kit is "packed" in one box.
