NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
1130 AM EDT FRI AUG 19 2005

FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

DISORGANIZED CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS EXTENDING FROM PUERTO RICO
NORTHWARD OVER THE ADJACENT ATLANTIC FOR A FEW HUNDRED MILES ARE
ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION TEN. SURFACE
PRESSURES ARE HIGH AND THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF REDEVELOPMENT. THIS
ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO SPREAD WESTWARD DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.

A SMALL AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER IS CENTERED JUST EAST OF THE
NORTHEASTERN TIP OF HONDURAS. THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE
SLOWLY TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST WITHOUT ANY SIGNIFICANT
DEVELOPMENT.

TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH SATURDAY.

Well at least this TWO is not boring as some said last night. :) Says something but nothing that open eyebrows.

I think it depends on the forecaster. The 5:30 AM TWO was made by Franklin, we had the 2 disturbed areas but no development is expected, then don't talk about it. The 11:30 AM TWO was made by Avila, we have 2 disturbed areas, no development is expected, but he likes to talk about. It shows the personality of the forecaster.

Well said.. I was kind of surprised to see a couple Outlooks come out blank recently..with clearly a couple of disturbances out there..

Of course we have perfected Blobology here so nothing gets past S2K..lol
