Well, that track is nearly 6 hours old. The newest one will be out very very soon and will be different, for sure.

I dont think its moving WSW any longer. 1PM fix was 24.9N 82.6W, lets see what 4PM says.

You just might be right.. it might be on the Tx/la border who knows.. But this WSW movement continues the more they shift W or even south to mexico.

24.8N and 82.9W

.1S and .3W, and I believe it got alot of that .1 early in the three hour span. Even at that heading its about 265*.

Just called a friend of mine is NOLA. Told him get ready to exacuate this weekend and his response was "oh whatever it's going to Florida." Bottom line is NHC needs to get the information out to the public NOW.

Sounds like you are just running ahead of the models as they seem to shift further westward with every run. In the end you may be right.
