Storm surge on CNBC submerging the highway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish I had more info, everyone focused on NOLA rightly so. Just caught it on a live shot.

I'm guessing I-10 and 42 over the Mobile Bay. The 42 is fully underwater.
