Pumps Out in NO
Fox News has a reporter, Shepard Smith, on Bourbon Street who is reporting that the Director of Emergency Managment has announced that the power to the pumps in NO is officially out. They hope to have them back on generator power by 3:00 local time this afternoon. He is reporting that the water is over the curb on Bourbon Street, but not yet at the bottom of the doors.
