resident says no structure standing 1st 3 blocks, any that are aren't livable

resident says everything south of the railroad track bwtn Ocean Springs and Slidel is gone. I can't imaging anyone surviving if they lived south of Hwy 90/railroad tracks based on the footage i've seen. Nothing but concrete slabs left
