I've placed a form on http://www.topsailweather.com for folks to post damage reports they sustained during Ophelia. I am paricularly interested in the areas of Surf City, Topsail Beach, N. Topsail Beach, Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, Hampstead, and the surrounding neighborhoods. Other areas North and South of the Topsail area are also welcome to post.
The reports will be published to the website without the exact address - just the town. Your full name will not be used. Submitted reports will also be passed along to the NHC and NOAA for their analysis and consideration.
