Invest 96B in the Bay of Bengal

Well, now with this Invest we can officially say that in every basin in the Northern Hemisphere, there is at least one invest or storm.

This is probably not going to develop into a TC because of its close proximity to the mainland, but organization is good and if it stalls, India could be in store for a major flood event.

I predict Scorpion will make a post about how he doesn't care, its not "breaking news" and put in a rolleyes smiley as well.

Seriously, thanks for the info. Amazing to see all these systems everywhere, even if this one doesn't develop.
