It would be as low as 70 mph or as high as 140 mph.

Actually, if you want to be specific, try the windspeed probs table. If the storm tracks south enough, all they may get is a stiff breeze. On the other hand, you don't plan for the best, you only hope for it -- you have to plan for the worst.
