I'm going with Matagorda Bay... but it may need to be shifted southward.

I think the high is about to retreat northward a little and bring the thing in just east of Houston. Just a guess, pure speculation based on watching the big water vapor loops.

Prediction stands between Freeport and Galveston as a CAT 4 140
