Remember that little bitty lull we had during Irene? Lots and lots of people were saying, "I'm sticking to 14 named storms at the most" and "I can't see ANY indicators to suggest 20 storms forming this season."

Yes, I realize that I jumped on that bandwagon also. Crow is not too bad when you get accustomed to it. :D

In any rate, it has turned out to be a monstrous, unprecedented, horrific, and recordbreaking hurricane season. Thanks for compiling that data Senorpepr. And let's hope we won't see a repeat of this year ever again.
