Hurricane hunters lost in flight - Books

#1 Postby Stratosphere747 » Fri Sep 30, 2005 8:19 am

Since we were getting a little off-topic, thought I'd start a new thread.

As mentioned we have lost one HH in the Atlantic and three in the Pacific.

Amazon has a few books relating to some of the lost flights.

Stormchasers: The Hurricane Hunters and Their Fateful Flight into Hurricane Janet/Toomey

Hurricane Watch : Forecasting the Deadliest Storms on Earth/Williams

If anyone has read or heard of other books about these flights, please share. Or even possible sites on the net that may have some more info.
