VERDE ISLANDS... AND ON TROPICAL DEPRESSION TWENTY...LOCATED ABOUT
95 MILES SOUTHEAST OF TULUM MEXICO OR ABOUT 95 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
COZUMEL MEXICO.

A WESTWARD-MOVING TROPICAL WAVE INTERACTING WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW
