Central Atlantic 20N34W

TWD gives this area a mention (not the outlook, the discussion of everything). A lot of convection now getting involved with an upper trough and energy that was once part of a vigorous wave. Any chances?

Steve Lyons said it had 25 to 30mph winds with 40mph gusts. Where does he get his data, and if that is true why no invest? I s this another invest 97L?
