Tropical Storm Alpha

will their be a tropical storm Alpha right now its a tropical depression but who knows but right now its heading in the oposite direction of Afirca will it turn into a hurricane. Sate your opinion :yesno:

nope.. conditions will become hostile plus it will do battle with hispaniola.. mountainous there and shoud really do some damage to the circulation..
