Wilma absorbing Alpha will NOT...I repeat....will NOT create a 'superstorm'


I just heard from my father that a news station tossed this around. PLEASE IGNORE IT.

LOL.

A local TV station here (not near FL) said that it doesn't appear that Wilma will regain hurricane intensity prior to landfall. I'm sure they wanted to say "major hurricane intensity", but it sure made them sound foolish.

Yeah... the media wants a superstorm in NYC. :lol:

Accuweather had it up on their site early this morning. Haven't looked to see if it is still there. They said it was a very remote possibility, but a possibility (so of course it was their biggest headline)! :roll:
