They make these movies for ME. I am a disaster movie freak. The wierder the better. Who needs logic? Its sci fi, fantasy.

Just as bad was CSI Miami using stock footage of Charley's damage in SW Florida and turning the story into a tsunami into Miami........

Maybe the pressure at the center of the Great Red Spot on Jupiter is 92 mb.....or whatever the Jovian equivalent. hehe

I love disaster movies, but HATED Category 6 and the Day After Tomorrow.

The Great Red Spot is a high pressure system. It rotates counter-clockwise in the southern hemisphere

I know alot of documentaries have been done about hurricanes.. Especially individual hurricanes like Camille. But what we really need is a good documentary that will debunk some hurricane myths in general. When will the networks realize that they have a civic obligation to educate the public not just entertain them.
