...MUCH COOLER AND DRIER AIR OVERSPREADING CENTRAL FLORIDA BEHIND
HURRICANE WILMA...

...RECORD LOWS FORECAST AT ORLANDO...MELBOURNE AND VERO BEACH
TONIGHT...

OVERNIGHT...WHAT A DIFFERENCE 24 HOURS MAKES. MUCH COOLER AND DRIER
AIR HAS SWEPT ACROSS THE AREA IN THE WAKE OF WILMA. AS IS TYPICAL
AFTER SUNSET...WINDS HAVE DIMINISHED AND HAVE CANCELED THE WIND
ADVISORY.

IT`S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT WIND CHILLS...BUT
WITH TEMPS FALLING INTO THE 40S AND WINDS AROUND SUNRISE STILL NEAR
10 MPH IT WILL BE CHILLY FOR FLORIDA. AFTER THE BALMY WEATHER OF
LATE...THE WIND CHILLS WILL BE MORE NOTICEABLE...ESPECIALLY
CONSIDERING THERE IS STILL A WEEK LEFT IN OCTOBER.

&&

.MARINE...WINDS/SEAS HAVE CONTINUED TO TREND DOWN AT 41009 DURING
THE EVENING. CANAVERAL WIND TOWERS NOW LESS THAN 20 KNOTS. WITH
WILMA CONTINUING TO RACE AWAY TO THE NORTHEAST...SHOULD BE ABLE TO
DROP GALE...BUT MAY HAVE TO HOLD ONTO IN THE 20-60 NM LEG. IN ANY
EVENT...FORECAST WILL INDICATE A DOWNWARD WIND TREND LATE.
