What is CPC saying about new disturbance developing. Could threaten south florida? The dates are updated but is the text not? Whats up with this?

God bless america, there is going to be nothing left of the south when this season ends. I thought the weather was going to be boring until spring severe weather starts up.

Is this season ever going to end? I heard that 1995 had one of those strange records for continuous advisory time. Will 2005 get it? We seem to have had a storm active or on the horizon since early July.
