I say that he will raise by 1 on the base that la nina is developing more faster than anticipated and he is somewhat conservative to go very high in the numbers.At least he always has 1 number in each category not like noaa that has the numbers way to big in the range and they noaa can say that we were correct in our forecast but with that range it is easy to get it.
What will Dr Gray do in his next outlook?

What will Dr Gray do in his next outlook?
Will he in his may 30th outlook leave the numbers the same as in april 4th 12/7/3? Or he will raise the numbers or downgrade them?Those are the questions of this poll to find out what the members think about it.

that is why I follow Dr Gray more than noaa in the numbers thing but I concide with noaa on many things that they said in their report.
