A & E Special "Weather...Or Not"
Did anyone watch this last night? Very interesting all the different reasons people think the weather has been so weird the past year..ie: tsunami, hurricanes, earthquakes. Who is this guy (last name Stevens) who thinks our weather is being controlled by the Japanese mob? Geez, I think he forgot his meds....

I watched, unfortunately. I think they didn't get the point of why all these things are happening. They just tried to speculate as much as they could. They never discussed how beneficial are earthquakes, hurricanes, and most other natural disaster to our planet. They didn't discuss why could happen if we stop hurricanes, or if we stop earthquakes. I watched the program until the end but I found it so STUPID, like the movie being shown by CBS, that I was almost exploding inside. There is no explanation on how I felt I watched that stupid c _ _ p.

It's A&E----NOT meant to educate. This is the channel that has a show about a bounty hunter with 57 children by eleventy billion different wives and girlfriends.
Stick to PBS/Science Channel/National Geographic Channel/Discovery Channel/and to a lesser extent cause i've found many inaccuracies in their programs, especially the weather ones, the Learning Channel.
PBS and the Discovery Channel in particular are the best, IMO. Nova's been on for 30 years it seems and it gets better each season.

You know it. People see this, think it's true, and then spread the dumbness around. I can't believe the misinformation that I hear people say. My standard answer: "You watch too much TV."
